Mobile Device Configuration

Applies to use in Safari
To ensure that iPhone and iPad work automatically with a new photo when uploading, the following must be secured or set up on the user's mobile device.:

1. The iOS software must be version 13.1.3 or higher
2. Make sure your iPhone / iPad camera is set to use location. (timestamp should happen automatically) Load the https://mv.services.hxgncontent.com/ website and select your project.
3. press “aA” in the upper left of Safari's command field
   
   
4. In the new box that opens, first select “show Mobile Website” and then “Website Settings”
   
   
   
   
   
   
   
   
   
   
5. In the next box, settings should be as shown:
   Camera must be set to “Allow (always)” or “Ask”
   Location must be “Allow (always)” or “Ask” “
   
   

Applies to use in Chrome for android
- To ensure that android devices work automatically with a new photo when uploading, the following must be secured or set up on the user's mobile device.: Chrome for android software must be version 78 or higher. To check the Chrome version:

Settings --> Apps --> Chrome

Version should be on the bottom of the screen.

- Make sure your android device camera is set to use location. (timestamp should happen automatically). To enabled/check location tags feather:

Camera --> Settings --> Location tags

NOTE: Be aware that the settings paths can slightly differ depending on the Android version or device model.
